I don’t know what else to call them, so I’ll just call them Rico Blanco shirts since he was the one who invented the concept. In case many of you didn’t know, Rico Blanco, the vocalist from the famous band Rivermaya quit the band and is now designing these shirts for the clothing brand Human. I wonder what made him do such a drastic change in career. Perhaps he wanted to try something else.
Anyway the shirts he designed feature an imaginary gadget hanging along with the shirt. Like in the photo above, it appears as if you have a camera around your neck where in reality you don’t. It’s just a t-shirt print that looks like a camera. I bought a cool black one featuring a headphone as its print.
I’ve already seen a number of people wearing different t-shirt designs – some even include imaginary neckties, suspenders and the like. Lately, I have also seen the concept being adopted by other shirt brands. I think it’s pretty cool to wear these shirts once in a while.

Yup maganda sya, triny ko rin gawin yung nakapatong xa sa white polo and it looked really great, fashionista to! hehehe! :0)
i’d like that camera print on the shirt. but i guess it only comes in white – not my favorite color.
i think topman and h&m originated these designs some three years ago.
where do you get to buy those shirts?
you could buy them in Penshoppe or in Human stores.
naku ko po! hindi mga design ni RICO BLANCO yan! nakaw from the internet yung mga vector na ginamit nya!
Can someone please tell me how to get ahold of the person who designed these shirts ? Thanks!
