2.    How do I know which establishments accept the card?

3 ways to find out which establishments accept the card:

BROCHURE. Each Score Card comes with a brochure. The list of establishments, branches and their offers are stated in the brochure.

WEBPAGE. Just log on to www.sportsmedia.com.ph to get a complete and updated list of establishments and their offers. Pinoy Guy Guide will also publish promotion updates from time to time.

SIGNAGES. All establishments that accept the Score Card will either have door decals or counter top signages that read “SCORE CARD ACCEPTED HERE”. So be on the look out for these signs and always bring your Score Card!

3.    How will I use the card?

All you need to do is present the Score Card in the establishments that accept the card to enjoy your benefits and discounts.

4.    How will I know of future updates and promos?

Once you get your Score Card, you need to register at www.sportsmedia.com.ph for your card to be valid. Once you register, you will have a choice if you want to receive regular promotions and updates regarding the Score Card (through text messages or emails). We highly recommend this as we will be having exciting benefits, downloadable coupons, exclusive promotions, and sports workshops planned within the year  for Score Card members. 5.    What other benefits do I get from the Score Card?

6.    Is the card transferable?

Because of the Accidental Medical Reimbursement coverage which is registered under a specific Score Card member’s name, the card cannot be transferable or else the insurance coverage becomes invalid.

7.    What is my registration number for the insurance policy?

Your registration number for the insurance policy is the number on your Score Card. So please keep your Score Card safe. You will need your Score Card to claim your medical reimbursement. Please see webpage under ‘insurance coverage” for more details.

8.    How can I get a Score Card?
