or masyadong mataas na bp mo, pumutok din blood vessel?

siempre ngexert ka sa workout tumaas bp mo
check your bp and also pa bleeding and clotting time ka na rin
pinch the nose lang kung active bleeding and go to your ENT

If it's only happened once and it doesn't happen again, I wouldn't worry about it. If the bleeding stops, then you should be fine. If you continue to get nose bleeds or the bleeding doesn't stop, then I would go see your doctor.
