I do not think the activities shown there are accurate. For one, you don't see all the threads being viewed by registered users on time.

I think the "Nothing, or nothing you can see" activities are by non-human users like bots and spiders accessing some non-standard links. I would say not all Guests are actually human. Same logic can be applied to "Printing the topic".
