Di pwede sakin tong propesyon na to  ;D

Nope.

most doctors deny that they have a disease kasi they will always link it to a syndrome. Sabi nga nila, doctors are the worst patients.

I agree with you kilo, 100%! Hahaha! Doctors are the worst patients daw. Siguro in terms of compliance, follow-up, etc. Hehehe.

John The Baptist

I have an aching chest pain in the middle of the chest and its been bothering me for a while even while sleeping. I sometimes feel my heart beating strong during sleep. I don't feel exhausted or breathless.
As exercise, I jog/walk 30 minutes around 3-4 times  week. Tried stopping exercise just to make sure its not post workout pain related... but its still there. I have like 120/80 blood pressure consistently taken by a nurse. What measures should I take? Do you think its related to heart disease? My father has high blood pressure while my grandfather has had stroke before. I'm a bit worried about it.

what are the other symptoms?

- mas tumitindi ba yung chest pain kapag nakahiga? or after eating?
- is the chest pain mababaw lang or parang nasa loob?
- meron bang pamamanhid at weakness?
- wala ka bang nakakapang bukol sa leeg?
- palagi ka bang nagkakadiarrhea?
- mabilis ka bang mainitan?

Overview lang ram, braxton hicks contractions are "false labor" contractions. Magkaiba yung braxton hicks from true labor such that sa braxton hicks, contractions are usually mild, irregular, and kapag na-IE walang changes sa cervix. In terms sa pain, usually braxton hicks are not painful. tsaka parang paninigas lang talaga ng tiyan.
ang true labor kasi, nagkakaroon na ng pain more commonly sa may puson and/or sa lower back. well shempre, aside sa contractions ng true labor, kapag may watery vaginal discharge or vaginal bleeding tapos hindi pa sakto sa buwan ang pregnancy, it might be preterm labor already.

@marvin
Yeah, ganun nga...

@johnthebaptist
iwasan mo ang kape, fruit juices, maaanghang na foods, and chocolates. At least 1hr after eating, huwag ka muna humiga. PM me if you want to try out meds. Your symptoms more likely point to an acid reflux disease.

nagpa-check up knina and naIE si misis,nkita na 1cm daw pero floating...it means ba na pwede pa kme hanggang term nya as long as naka bed rest na sya

Mas todo bantay ka since may preeclampsia and previa kayong minamanage. I'm guessing weekly na kayo nagbibisita.

And may pre-eclampsia ba si misis mo ram?
Yung semen kasi may prostaglandin yun that may induce labor.
Usually naman, yung mga 1cm na preterm, they will reach to term. Kelangan niya lang talaga magbedrest and that means, iwas sa mga trabahong strenuous, even mga gawaing bahay iwas muna siya. Iwasan din magkainfection kaya dapat alaga din yung immune system at panatilihing malinis ang paligid ni misis as well as her body especially yung pwerta niya. Infection can precipitate preterm labor.
May gamot ba iniinom wife mo ngayon ram?
Just watch out for any vaginal bleeding, watery vaginal discharge, and regular uterine contraction associated with pain sa lower back or puson. If any of these do happen, punta kaagad sa hospital.

ctan

Haha! Oo nga naman. :-) pero na-aamuse ako kasi husbands can actually get info sa non-women's site. Hehe.

Akala ko parang inadvice lang si ram na watch out for signs of preec? :-)
