Share your first time in the Gym

Ma-ishare lng ng alam ko. (Sa nababasa ko lang din ito ah.) Sa mga gaining ito, kc ito ginagamit ko.

Although depende sa program, importante at least meron talagang 2 rest days per week. Para sa mga gaining program, mas madali ang ang on-off routine.

Ideal time sa gym should not be more than 1hr 30 mins. Nauubos ang testosterone high mo pagkatapos, then your body starts utilizing protein stores for energy. Ako 1hr lang talaga kung mag gym.

Mas mabuti kung compound muscle groups ang target ng routine mo. Encourages testosterone release.

So basically, spend only 1 hour at the gym doing heavy and/or core group exercises then make sure to have more than 36 hours rest (at least 24 hours) before your next routine. Kung toning program, di ko na kabisado yan.

Thanks sa mga tips! Mga 1 hour din workout ko tapos rest the following day kc more on gaining rin ako. Yung ideal time ba sa gym na 1 hr 30 mins kasama na ang cardio? Dapat ba may cardio lagi before mag-weights? :)

Sa mga taong nagpapa-gaining, di na kailangan masyado ang cardio.

Siguro kung mag-cacardio ka, gawin mo lang once a week, on a set date na wala kang workout.

Kung mag-Legs routine ka sa araw na yan, pwede mo isali ang jogging/stationary bike sa warm up mo. Pang-lubricate lng ng joints.

tama yun. hindi na kailangan ng cardio if for muscle gain. lalo lang mauubos lakas mo para magbuhat.
nakikita mo lang yung iba nag cardio para lang warm up. moderate level tapos 10 mins lang.

gawin mo lang iba iba para di ka magsawa. dami niyan. pwede ka gumamit ng machines, mag swim, mag bike, etc

enzo, i think at your age, you still benefit so much from being active in sports. wak mo masyadong isipin ang pag cacardio.

even if sobrang mataba ka, try swimming.

^^ based on my observation.. 'swimming' is the sport for having a 'sexy' looking body for guys.. Lean with a bit of muscle...

ako dati nag cardio lang to lose my weight how?mmm... bago ako magbuhat 30mins.cardio(bike),pagkatapos kong magbuhat,15mins or more
