ang hirap naman ng di bibili ng pagkain when your out lalo na when you're with a group of people tapos nag aayang kumain.

onga.. hehe once nangyare salin yan, e ngdidiet pills ako nun
umorder nalang ako ng food na mejo mahal
pero konti lang yung calories.. hehehe
tapos dinaan ko na lang sa kwento hehe

mahirap talaga mag mukhang kawawa. lalo na kapag kasama mo mga barako din tapos lahat kayo gutom tapos ikaw konti lang kakainin mo mukha ka na pulubi.. tapos excuse mo lang either diet or wala kang pera.. hhaaha!

hmmmm the best tip I would give to you is not to miss breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between. but the most important rule is to eat slowly and chit chat with your friends a lot. before you know it, you're full already :)

subok raw, 2 glasses of water before you sleep and 2 glasses right after waking up.
