ou.. yung mouthwash nakakawala ng gigil sa gums.. parang closure for the day sa lahat ng cravings.

oo, hirap ngang mag-control ng appetite.. kasi hindi rin naman porke payat ka, kain ka na lang din ng kain..

I give my self planned "cheat" days.. Tpos behave aq sa pagkain for 5 days.. then cheat days ulet.. It works for me kase wala kang i-dedeprive na food forever.

Mahilig kase aq sa mga sweets eh at wine.. me sweet tooth lang..
