EC kasi aq ng class nmn tpos ang assigned region q ay NCR!
ask q lng kau kung what food usually ang nasa NCR region, as in NCR lng.
any food na alam nyu. pls help!

hmmmm... sa NCR kasi halo-halo na ang klase ng food.. pero pwede mong gawin siguro na bawat area ng Manila may mga specialty.
for example..
sa Binondo mga chineses foods..
sa Manila din like iin Paco or Arroceros naman mga Lechon.
sa Pateros, Balot...

mga ganung bagay.. basta palabasin mo na ang Metro Manila ay halo-halong culture kaya iba-iba rin ang specialty bawat lugar..

Think of this way.
NCR is a confluence of all the regions where all of the provinces meet. But NCR is more complicated than that and they would have a more sophisticated cleaner taste.
So basically everything is at your bidding  but at the same time you have a unique Fusion Manila taste that you have to conform.

Example: The classic pancit canton with chinese chorizo, spanish chorizo with lots of egg sesame oil.

Prang manok ang texture ng karne ng rabbit!! Kung papatay ka ng rabbit eh hampasin mo ung likod ng ulo nito. Dead kagad un..

Anyway.. eh di try mo na lang ung pancit lomi, chapseuy, siomai, siopao ng binondo.. tpos hopiang baboy nila. Sikat din ang mga lechon manok d2 sa buong manila.. You also try ung fried isaw ng mrt cubao. tsaka ice scramble at binatog.
