Outreach Program this Christmas

since i teach in a Catholic school, i have many hands-on experiences related to outreach programs and here are my insights/suggestions :

    1. i think there are more relevant outreach activities than just going to an
        orphanage and hold short programs then feed the kids...my   
        suggestions :

           a. coordinate with a public elementary or high school and hold
               special tutorial sessions with academically-challenged kids on a
               saturday then have lunch/merienda with them ;

           b. visit inmates of any jail, hold one-on-one sessions with pre-selectd
               inmates ( this to avoid "hostile" and "violent " encounters) then
               have lunch/merienda with them

           c.  coordinate with an environmental NGO and organize a clean-up
                and/or tree planting activity...this will give PGG members more
                time for bonding since the target areas are normally outside
                Manila

ang tema lang naman dito ay mabigyan ng kasiyahan ang mga bata ngayon darating na pasko,

Hi Marfz,
Sana matuloy ito. I have been wanting to do something like this for a long time, though hindi ako masyadong maasahan bilang entertainer, (like, MC, taga-aliw ng bata, etc), you can count on me on planning, coordinating and managing the activity.

BTW, I am free everyday MWF 4pm onwards and TTh, 2pm onwards.
