^^ Hehehe! ok lng un. prang ganito.. there's no such thing as lower pecs. One whole chest muscle yan.

ang iba lng sa mid section eh obliques and abs. sa gilid ung abliques smntlng sa gitna ung abs.

Rule of thumb: Gawin mo ung exercise n nahihirapan ka.

magset k ng goal.. either weight gain or strength gain.. tpos me no. of months k na ilalaan from it.

6 months - mag-gagain aq ng strength at muscle. (bulking phase)
3 months - magbabawas aq ng taba sa katawan pra sa summer. (cutting phase)

sadly, hinde ganun kaganda ang ktawan natin pra mag-gain ng muscle while decreasing fat. Sabi nga eh there is time for everything.. Sayo eh mag-gain k muna ng weight until mkuha mo ung right weight n gusto mo.

so pede kong pagsabayin ung gain ng muscle at weight?

or alamin ko muna kung gaanong muscle na ung nagagain ko?may machine kasi sa FF na malalaman nila kung gaano na kalaki ung muscle mo sa katawan.

Me kakilala aq n ng 45-minutes ang cardio at nkita q kung pno naging flat ang tiyan nya.. pero walang visible abs..

Aq eh mga 20 mins cardio lng...

Cguro.. I think u can have 45 mins jogging in the morning on an empty stomach. (Pagkagcing mo, takbo k n s labas. Kumain k n lng after.). And u can have 20 mins cardio on your work out days.. Be sure to do cardio AFTER your workout.. Ma-aapektuhan ang workout mo kung uunahin mo ung cardio.

tanghali na kasi ako palaging nagigising. lalo na kapag weekend...

pero bakit ung PT ko, cardio muna ang pinapagawa sa akin. 15 mins na cardio.. weird naman!!!

Kahapon, sinubukan kong mag 1hr na threadmill. ndi ko kaya. naka 20 mins lng ako na straight jog, then ung remaining is walk na... :)

pwede kng mag-cardio before workout kung magpapawarm up ka lang..

Pero kung mag HIIT ka eh after workout.. Kase depleted na ung mga glycogen ng muscles mo so.. the next source of energy will be your body fat kya dun mo kailangan i-cardio.
Pag inuna mo ung HIIT na cardio before workout eh pagod ka na to lift heavy weights..
