I don't take any vitamins or food supplements. I get the recommended daily vitamins from eating a healthy, well-balanced diet. I think if you eat healthy, you shouldn't need to take vitamins unless your body has a hard time absorbing vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin K - for wound healing

Minerals (do not take in excessive quantities)
Iron -  for blood, protein creation, etc...
Magnesium - for metabolism
Calcium - for bones, muscles, heart, nerves
Selenium - antioxidant formation
Potassium - for nerves, cells
Phosphate - for energy, blood
Zinc- digestive control


....kilo or any other guys out there, can you mention foods that has the following vitamins and minerals as mentioned above? thanks in advance...

Pointless to sell a prostate multivitamin to the young crowd.

i'd rather not list them. just eat many different kinds of food. basta iwasan mo na lang yung chips, dessert, cup noodles etc... yung lang naman yung empty calories.
