How do you improve your concentration?

Sa lahat ng bagay na ating ginagawa natin kinakailangan lagi ng concentration para matapos natin ng maayos.
Sa work na pinasukan ko kelangan ng concentration (programming)
Any tips from you?  ;D

hmm.. when i lift heavy weights sa gym like 200-lbs dumbell bench presses. I take deep breath... to fill myself with oxygen.. I relax my muscles and focus on the part na gagamitin.. I then cut all emotions that I feel... my love life, my friends, everything.. All in my mind is the muscle and iron.

So.. bale.. I focus on something lang. Dont entertain unnecessary thoughts. drink coffee and stop listening to the mp3.

huhu hirap naman..... dami kasi lumilipuad sa isip ko pag may ginagawa ako... and it's hard to "force" to stop, parang voluntary siya  :'(

^^ nadadala kase aq ng emotions sa mga pinakikinggan qng mp3s.. so in the end na-alter na ung thought and concentration q..

ang mhrap alisin eh ung mga lingering strong feelings sa loob mo.. pampasira ng concentration..

when absorbing information, i don't listen to mp3's. pero sa mga panahon na di ako mka-focus dahil sa maraming iniisip, makikinig lang ako ng relaxing music saka tuloy-tuloy na pag-focus ko sa trabaho at a leisurely pace.

i just found a video on youtube that is said to improve your concentration. So far ang ginagawa ko pa lang yung nag toothbrush na kaliwa ang kamay lol!

kapag nagproprogram eto ang ginagawa ko:

Para maeliminate ang unnecessary noise sa paligid, I listen to mp3s.
I put deadline and goal for the day. In that case eh mas mamomotivate ako at yung focus ko eh hindi mawawala.
I rest my mind every 2 hours by browsing the net, by FB or by chatting to my colleagues.

Always have a plan and priorities set. Share ko lang ako meron akong POST-IT na naka-dikit sa Monitor ko sa office na nakalagay "FOCUS!!!". As in kapag nakaharap ako sa monitor ko iyon ang una kong napapansin. Somehow nakakatulong naman siya lalo na kapag talagang distracted na ako...hahaha. :P ;D :D

Oo nga eh, hindi lang minsan,Lagi pa nga eh. Ako naman siguro I always allot 10 to 15 minutes ng FB para maisingit sa routine ko.Siguro after 2 hours ulet mamaya FB.Kailangan mag-refresh lalo na kapag Jam packed sa gawain eh(reason ;D). Ngayon wala pa naman trabaho eh saka maaga pa kaya ok pa naman...hahaha(lulusot pa :D)
