Question: Which gym is better? Gold's Gym or Fitness First Gym or Slimmers?

Ok. I'm 15 years old. Maybe too young to start at a gym? Nah. But i just want to know which gym is better. Is it pop or not.

mababait trainers sa golds. tapos, meron mga trainers sa golds na galing sa kabila na sinasabi na hindi maganda dun. first hand info.

ive tried both FF and GG. SW, alam ko may lifetime membership.

differences: branches (+FF), rates (+GG), equipment (+FF), classes (+FF), dressing room (+FF), Showers (+GG) Amenities (+GG)

more branches for FF, so mas marami ka pwede puntahan or mas convenient for you.
rates, mas mura sa GG but you almost always have to pay in full and in advance
equipment, pareho lang talaga pero nag-ma-matter mas marami sa FF kaya kahit peak time, hindi kayo "sharing" ng mga machines
classes - mas okay classes ng FF. downside, daming matatandang uma-aattend. may yoga pa.
dressing room, same lang talaga but GG requires you to bring your own padlock
showers - mas maluwag at may mga amenities ang GG for showering, may mga locks pa para sa mga mahiyain talaga
amenities - halos pantay.. sa GG kasi may towel, drinks and exercise guides. sa FF may choices ang drinks, may tambayan (not so good for gyms though), may hiraman ng vcd/dvd at may spa (some branches)

Slimmers pa din.,

Sa Gold's Gym aq nakaranas na "pumila" para sa shoulder press.. Geez.. and their price is insane!

Sa F.F. eh pang sosyal na tao  lang yan., Bale dito madameng nagchihikahan na mga guys.. etc. etc.. More of like parang spa lang xa..

Slimmers.. dito ung gusto mo tlga yung weights lang.. walang pilahan.. walang chika-chika.. Yun nga lang, pag nagbubuhat aq eh ang daming tumitingin sa akin. Pero I dont mind.. I even saw a guy na nagjaw drop while looking at me.. Haha. funny.

okay yung gym equipments nila saka may steam bath at sauna.
wala pang limit, kahit ilang beses akong mag-gym sa isang buwan at kahit anong oras pwede.
may libre rin silang softdrinks saka coffee kaya sulit na rin.

hindi ko alam for SW. pero for FF and GG, its cheaper to go for GG. meron din sila yung parang "150 visits" na rate. ok ito kung alam mo kung ano talaga uyng schedule mo for gym time.

if youll ask me among the three, ill go for FF. tapos mag apply ka ng passport.
kung may extra budget ka, go for the platinum. katapat niya amenities ng GG + regular FF. tapos sabi nila mas konti tao.

Ang kagandahan sa Slimmer they have lifetime membership for 55K ata yun..

Yung officemat ko 2 years nag stop pumunta ng Slimmer tapos  bumalik lang ulit last week.

no hassle  kasi lifetime member siya

Golds has the 150 sessions , may nakapasabi na and its cheaper especially kung di ka naman mag aaaraw araw sa gym

I personally do not like FF, sorry for the term kaso minsan baklaan. I was showering when a guy opened the shower door and saw me naked tapos nung lumingon ako sabi niya "sorry akala ko walang tao". WTF eh nakalagay ang towel ko sa door.

TS: It depends po sa goal at intention mo, kung gusto mo po mag gym talaga, it doesn't matter kung sa may kanto ka lang or either of the three you mentioned. If you are serious about working out, and wants a decent help, go to either of the 3. been to all three gyms and here are my thoughts;
Slimmers World:
Price - Cheapest among the 3. Pag may Promo, less than 5k for a 6-month membership.
Facilities - depende sa branch pero what i like is free weights section is just beside the dance Floor for aerobics. you get to snipe while working out (which hindi mo mararamdaman na over ka n sa goal mo na set  ). Masikip at almost dikit dikit ang machines.
Gold's Gym:
Price - middle class. for me, my current company is tied up so Php 750 per cut off binabawas sakin every cut off for unlimited time.
Facilities - Maluwag and complete ang facilities (For overall body workout). Gym din ng mga artista .
Fitness First:
Price - current promo kakagaling ko lang sa Megamall is Php 2,800+ per month. pinakamahal sa lahat.
Facilities - Modern machines and equipments. Pwedeng magdrop ng plates and dumbells. Pang sosyalan na din.

Gym sa Kanto Namen - I Started Here. 600 a month unlimited time. minsan may kalawang ang dumbells (contributor sa pagpapalaki ng katawan. LOL). This is where the usual "Real" body builders go. walang ma snipe puro barako so magfofocus ka talaga in achieving your goal. And where most results are acquired saka na lang lilipat sa Big three to show off and maintain.
