Low cost hotels like Orange Grove and Casa Leticia, overall mura naman mga accomodations sa Davao.

Must see places:
1. People's Park - may durian shaped na edifice dun
2. Isla Reta Resort - in Talikud Island. 1-hr from Davao City. Ferry Boat terminal is at Sta. Wharf near Magallanes Park. White sand, P50 entrance opposite of pricey (and boring) Pearl Farm.
3. Hagimit Falls - in the middle of Samal Island (Penaplata)
4. Eden Nature Park - Nature park at the foot of Mt. Apo (half elevation ng Baguio)
5. Phil Eagle Sanctuary
6. Crocodile Park
7. Wild River Rafting - though wala ako idea kung saan ito)
8. Bat Caves - Kapalong Davao del Norte, 2 hours away from Davao. Medyo malayo ito.

Food:
Sample the cheap-priced buffet. They are all over the city.
Chinese restos Ahfat and Mandarin Tea Garden are great for dinners
Penongs - best grilled chicken
Taps - best +silog combos in town.
