Describing colors to a blind person...

Yung pabaliktad na tanong like; Why shouldn't I hire you?

Kris03

that "why should i not hire you?" question... is a trick question.

madali lang yan... areas for improvement.

sagutin ang basic na tanong na "what are your weaknesses?"

"what is your best asset that can benefit our company?

Same here... I just prepare a very cliche answer to impress the HR.  :P

- how do you see yourself five years from now
- i just hate it, haha.
- hindi ko na maalala, but i limited it to around 3 years, sinabi ko lang na i can't say so much in 5 years, kaya in three years na lang muna. mas madaling sumagot in a shorter time frame. hindi ko na maalala yung mismong answer ko eh, hehe.

another one, from shell:
- what is tourism?
- obvious naman kung para san ito
- nagpause ako ng mga 5 seconds, tapos bumaha ng kung ano anong salita, about dotc, filipino cultures and places etc.
it was a crazy answer.

What are your strengths and weaknessesssssss?

majority of the success in job interviews, i can say na nadadaan lang sa tamang benta ng sarili sa kumpanya.

The usual first question: Tell me about yourself! HAHAHAHA  :o

angelo

what are the top-X (number you wish) non-negotiables that you are looking for in a job?

It was annoying when it was asked, but i realized it was very beneficial for both parties.

How would you describe the color blue to a blind person? Why did you resign?

But isn't that the whole point of interviews? How to sell yourself? And why the company should hire you?
