Well...
I have 20 mommies bugging me about their apparently healthy but annoying kids running around screaming and crying at the top of their lungs scared of the injection which I will never give, while I have to deal with this annoying stupid nurse who nags me that I need to put their patient identifier on this particular chart right here and it is the MOST important thing in the world for her since she's SO busy trying to .... while I'm busy trying to follow-up the dozens laboratory workup/chest Xray, following up on my almost dying patient who I believe I will have to do CPR in the next 20 minutes and interviewing this next patient who has a VERY particularly demanding abusive lola and a useless mommy who doesn't know what their yaya gave their kid 1 hour ago.

So yeah, my day is perfect.
