depeding on needs. pwede rin healthiest (normal lahat ng mga blood sugar/cholesterol, etc). papa check up ka sa mga docs dito. haha

basta your own effort to become a BETTER you. yes, you can do it with a before and after.
everyone goes into the same period of time.

i have before and after pics. hehehe.. tsaka laging normal ang cholesterol level q kahit kumkain aq ng mostly red meat. hinde paq nakakaranas ng high-blood. laging normal pag chinichek ng company nurse at nurses ng Healthway..

Simulan ko na post ng pix.... kasi balik buhat ko since i gained a lot of weight for the past six months... current weight 190lbs @ 20%BF.

Confident akong i can do better tn last time dahil nagawa ko na dati... heres my old stats and progress 3 years ago.... hanggang last year ko maintain.

Before:
Weight: 197lbs
BF?


After
Weight; 173lbs
BF: 14.8%


Target ko now is 8% BF.... tutok ako sa nutrition than last time dahill nung 14% relax p k sa food dahil carbs at protein lang tinitingnan ko and panay estimate ngayon noted ko lahat ng pagkain... mas mahirap kasi going lower to 10%bf dahil critcal na lahat.

^nice! but isn't 8% too much? ok n cguro ang 12-14%.

I'm 12.7% body fat as of mga nitong araw.. My diet? consists of Jollibee products!  ;D

Below 10% kasi magiging pronounced ang abs at cuts lilitaw na.... sumablay man ako sa 8% baka 10% tamaan ko ok na rin hahaha ika nga aim high, shoot low hehehe
3rd day ko ng waterbury 10x3 program.... so far so good except sa minor injury sa back ko earlier... good reminder na kulang pa rin warm up sets ko grrrr regarding food 300kcal excess since monday haaay
Btw im my memory serves me right for guys:
essential fat 2-5%.... lesser than that baka buto't balat ka na lang hehe
Athlete- 6-13%... marvinofthefaintsmile wohooo athlete!!!!
fit- 14-17%
Average- 18-24%
obese: 25% up

Ah. I wonder if i belong to essential fat or athlete xD Payatot ako eh.
