baka kasi kaiinggitan at posible magkaroon ng away or maka-apekto sa productivity ng mga tao.

some companies i know follow a salary scale/band so people of the same designation, have more or less the same amount received. para kahit mag-usap it would sound fair.

Asa ako dito sa amin. sa july pa ang increase dito bago magstart ng fiscal year.

actually, ako ang bumaba ang sahod this year since I'm with new company. I chose long term or work stability and benefits over salary  ;D Familiarizing with the new work, people and environment. I love it!!!

Many People hates changes but for me, I do  :D
