Alberto Agra which GMA approved when she was still in power! now, when the same measure is being used against... her.. she is now trying to hide behind the cloak of the Philippine Constitution! and she cant blamed if the people cant trust her as she is not exactly the most honest person in the world.. having said one thing, then doing another? all in the name of your CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO TRAVEL!
