of course. people never realize that the movie would always fall short of expectation because in a book it has less limitations and you can work your imagination.

probably, mang juan was asking if the scenes covered were mostly part of the first book?

Hmmm actually no, maraming important events and characters ang hindi nabigyan ng emphasize sa movie.
And one thing that bothers me is that mali ung casting because si Percy ay 12 yrs. old lang talaga compared sa movie mukha nang 17. haha spoiler?

incidentally nabasa ko na sya lahat hehe

and yeah pangit yung movie, kulang sa depth. parang di na talaga sila nagexpect na gagawa pa ng sequels

Updated ba yung search ng websites ng National, Powerbooks, Fully Booked? I'm trying to search for some books but can't seem to find them. Do you know of any bookstores that sell hard-to-find books?

usually fully booked ang may hard to finds... kaso kung wala talaga, magpapa-ship ka pa (mahal)

hindi ganun ka updated ang website nilang tatlo, pero pag pupunta ka (or tatawag sa phone) and ask for a particular book, mas matutulungan ka nila

what type/genre of books ba binabasa niyo? sinong authors?

fiction - romance, suspense-thriller, crime, adventure, spies, etc.
non-fiction - how-to-dos, business, etc

or kahit ano kung ano available sa bookstore or library?

ako usualy thriller, fantasy, sci-fi, adventure, horror... ginagawa ko kasi i read the first hundred pages, pag naging interesado ko, pinagpapatuloy ko. e madalas yan yung genre that keeps me reading...so yeah

I LOVE KEN FOLLET...aside from robert ludlum, he is my favorite suspense-thriller author ;D


ang gusto ko kay robert ludlum yung books about bourne identity, supremacy, etc  ;D
