Try mo  Casio bro. Meron silang as low as 1500 lalo na pag sale.
Maraami silang cool designs na madaling bagayan ng damit.

ano budget?

mas maganda ang simple. pero if i may suggest, a metal face watch from Timex with a classic design. Mura lang sa timex, GQ-endorsed pa. Watches range from 1500-3000 and madalas mag-sale.

These classic designs can take you from freshman years until hanggang nagttrabaho ka na.

And then play around with NATO straps, because you can make them dressy pag mejo porma nights, or you can make them bright and casual for fun college days.

Nato straps can be bought for as cheap as less than 300 pesos i think, at Asprey (shangri-la or greenbelt 5 yung alam kong branches)

Kahit anu pwede, wala naman sa brand un nsa nagdadala lang un. Noong college ako sa FEU din hindi ako bumubili ng relo binibigyan lang ako hehehe...

ok un timex na yan ah.. cute!

iskookies,
feel sorry for you chief! first post and way to get flamed. hope you drop by again somtime at pgg. i guess your introduction struck a nerve but seems plainly fine for introducing yourself as an incoming freshman as a hunt how much budget you might have for a cool watch... yes cool watch nobody in their right frame of mind would spent on a crappy time piece.

suggestion? same as johnnydenim, cant go wrong with that timex classi look and ability to swap NATO straps.

that's true, we have differing standards for what's inexpensive.

We just guessed based on the fact that he's a college student so we went with suggestions that would be what might have the most value-for-money versus inexpensive.

Pero kung ang budget ay 1,000 or below, aba mejo mahirap na yan. You can check out the cheap spalding watches at CashCashPinoy: http://www.cashcashpinoy.com/#!/category/34-spalding. You're getting something cheap but disposable.

I'd say go for Timex classics. If you're willing to spend 1k on a watch, at namamahalan na sa 2-3K, aba pag-ipunan mo na ang pandagdag so you get to buy something that you can wear your entire stay in college and even after you graduate. Kesa sa mumurahin pero after 1-2 years sira na or baduy na.

I have my Timex watch and it's really good-looking(leather yung strap). Problema kumakapit yung pawis sa leather strap at may smell sya. SO buti na lang may mga straps ng watch na nabibili. Meron bang NATO sa SM North/TriNoMa?

I bought a VERY cheap P200 na FAKE swatch watch na white sa divisoria which I used to wear while working in a public place for fear of my expensive Timex watch being stolen.
What is striking is that, I received more compliments on how beautiful and smart looking it was compared to my original expensive watch.
I would always tell them that it is a 200 pesos watch and they would always tell me i'm lying.
So in summary, the expensive ones doesn't necessarily mean it is good looking. And at the end of the day, how it looks overall counts.

And if you really need to know what time it is, always refer to your cellphone.
