Dayum I wanna try that Jap Cheesecake too. T_T Is it any good? Baka parang NY cheesecake din?

wired ng japanes cheesecake kasi more cake sya than cream cheese >.< but worth it naman.. pero d ko na uli bibilhin.. hehe red velvet na kakainin ko >.<

sobrang chocolatey ng ganache.. d sya pdeng isabay sa ibang cakes.. waaah

Ay parang napasip ako dun sa Jap Cheesecake.hehe Gusto ko kasi yung light lang yung filling, tapos sakto lang yung texture nung crust.haha Sorry, choosy lang sa cheesecake.

Hahaha Dapat kasi one cake per meal lang. Di mo naman kailangang pagsabayin, lalo na kung sobrang thick and creamy nung cake.lol Oooh Red Velvet! Reminds me of Cupcakes. Sya yung First Red Velvet na natikman ko.hehe But right now, you got me craving for cheesecake.hahaha

I was craving for Strawberry cheesecake so I went to SB. Oreo cheesecake lang ang meron. Booooo! Then I went to CBTL at Piazza(ang layo lang sa building namin.lol), still wala. So I walked around a bit, still looking for cheesecake, and found out that Amici is finally open!lol So I bought an old-time favorite and one cake for experiment.lol

Can't say much about Mango Jubilee eh, tried and tested na sya. It's one of my favorite gelatos out there. Now yung cake, Nocciola Gateau, I was surprised to see it has four layers of meringue. Yun pa lang plus points na sakin.lol Okay lang naman yung flavor, nandun pa din yung chocolate. And yung cream cheese, light lang, just how it should be. And yung nuts, perfectly crushed, it won't bother you at all. So all in all, okay naman sya, parang choconut.hahaha But really,  for 88php per slice, it's worth every penny.

if i remember it right.. i didnt like amici's cakes though i like their ice cream cakes :p

Well for me, okay lang naman talaga yung cakes nila. Nothing special, other than its price and those meringues.hehe Yep! I agree with ice cream cake, mas okay sya compared with DQ's. O baka dahil di ko lang talaga naTrip-an yung Oreo ng DQ?lol

Buti ka pa marunong nyan. Hanggang ngayon, pancake lang ang alam kong gawin. Panget pa minsan pagkakaluto.haha Madali lang ba gumawa ng NY Cheesecake?

madali lang. basta gusto mo ba talaga magagawa mo. follow lang the instructions listed in the recipe. kailangan lang di maoverbeat yung mixture para di magcrack yung cake. pero nung first time ko gawin, palpak lalo na wala naman akong training jan.   lol. pero that's part ng learning process. trial and error madalas. ngayon maipagmamalaki ko na gawa ko. haha.
