How many hours of sleep do you get?

Lately 3-4 hours. I think I'm having insomnia.

sinasanay niyo kasi yung body niyo na ganun lang ang number of hours of sleep.
according to most sleep doctors, ang best time is 10pm tapos gising ng 6am. yun yung time nag rerelease yung body nung sleep whatever..

kulang sa tulog....sakit sa ulo din...lutang...

9 hours.. pero here's the twist.. sa umaga ako natutulog, nagigising ako sa gabi. minsan 6pm, 8pm or 9pm.. sabi na mum para daw akong nasa states.. jet lag??? wahahah!

medical study shows that a less than 7 hours sleep and more than 9 hours is more likely to have highblood.
kung may medical stude dito, correct me if Im wrong.

importante sakin makatulog  talaga ng 7-8 hours. it keeps you young.. believe me guys, its only during our sleep that our body undergo cell renewal.

jet-lag is a lot different.. and much easier to cure. kayang labanan ang jetlag. insomia mas malaking problem yun as you do sleep ala callboy.

nung nasa callcenter pa ako, natutulog ako kaagad para atleast kahit magising ako in the middle of the day, konteng sleeping time nalang kulang ko para macompleto ang 8 hours rest. ang hirap kasi pag kulang sa tulog, masakit ang ulo, mata, at kakaantok sa work.

this is true.. obvious nga yung cell renewal sa akin eh.. kasi pinapansin ko talaga.. healing time kasi ng body ang sleep.

Nag graveyard shift na rin ako dati.. kahit 8 hrs tulog ko parang kulang pa rin.. di katulad sa gabi kahit ilang oras lang,.. solve na ako...

recently 5 hours lang. bawi sa weekend... :'(
