It happens to me often lalo na kapag ako lang mag isa sa room ko na natutulog. Madalas I wake up at 3 because of some freakin' nightmare (I see myself sleeping and super weird things happen na sometimes nararamdaman ng body ko... UGHHH! CREEPY MUCH!)

I don't know :|| Paranormal events? Basta what I feel is parang pinaglalaruan ko ng something beyond explanable stuff, but I still don't believe in ghosts.

It happens to me a lot of times.... I also get nightmares a lot... Pero pag nagising ako ng mga bandang 3 am ay magpapalit ako ng position...

Isang beses nagpalit ako ng position at tumapat ulo ko sa pintuan... I got one WILD nightmare.... I woke up really tired pero di ako pinagpapawisan...

Pero minsan pag nagising ako dahil sa nightmare ay minsan pumapasok sa isip ko.... "Sana pala lumipad ako" or "Sana gumamit ako ng Biotic powers." Then tuloy si panaginip.... There was once na BINARIL AKO NG SHOTGUN but the funny part is, nakita ko yung butas sa dibdib ko at pinanood ko magregenarate in over 15 seconds. haha

lol my sleep cycle is very boring. i sleep > light sleep > deep sleep > rem > deep sleep > light sleep > alarm > realization that i'm already late


idk about waking up at 3am. never experienced that. but somehow i did experience waking up in the middle of my sleep. i think i started sleep at 7pm then i woke 12am fo food (people are still up) then i slept again until 2pm the next day. that's all i can remember

Yes I do. I experienced this a lot when I was staying in my old condo in mandaluyong. I even hear someone whisper my name in my ear

ang sabi kasi sa ibang bansa.. ang 3AM daw is "witching time". Ito ang way ng demonyo para i-mock ang pagkamatay ni hesus na 3PM.

When I was younger, I always had these nightmares. I would be awaken in the wee hours like 3 am. Everyday it never fails. always 3 am. then when we moved to a new house those nightmares stopped.
