minsan talaga nasa genes na yang pagiging payat.. kahit anung kain mo..

gusto mo tumaba? hehehe. ako dati 105 lbs lang nung college. after college, naging 165 lbs na!!!

my secret? maging slacker sa buhay. hehehe. magkaroon ng sedentary lifestyle. kain ng maraming carbs. wag mag exercise. :-) hehehe. bad yun kaya heto, trying to regain back my healthy body again.

you can also use to be active.. lift VERY HEAVY sa gym! Eat lots of carbs and protein. Eat 6x a day. I was 120 lbs dati with 22% body fat, ngyn eh 150 lbs na with 17% body fat!

imba sir ang 6x a day. haha hmm gym. im thinking about it pa since i don't have time for it kasi bigatin ang scheds ko sa school.

hirap nmn ng kalagayan mo.. cguro i priority mo n lng ung dpat mas mauna... then focus k n lng sa gym pag nagkaron k ng time na kariren un.

Sobra busy dn ang sched q.. kht na weekend.. I woke up at 4:30AM pra magdragon boat then mamalengke aq after tpos aasikaso ng mga dpt asikasuhin (currently chinicheck q ung status ng sirang digicam q.), tpos dinner at shopping galore, tpos review ng documents sa work then sleep na..

Hmm, the bottomline is u need to exert time and effort pra matupad ung goal mong magpataba... 45 mins lng ang kailangn pra mkpg gym k.. cguro imentally prepare mo muna ang sarile mo as first step. mgnda dn n magset k ng goal mo at time plan.
