oo nga e nahihiya ako.pero sige sa bakasyon i'll try na mag pasauna,para
tanggal stress! ahahahah.

kung over to the max ang shiness mo magpasauna. try mo ung "The Spa" na spa, dun konte ang tao. Last time n nagpunta ako dun eh ako lang mag-isa sa sauna while drinking natural tea.

have you experienced your body emitting smoke/steam after using the sauna, and going to the shower?

I had this tonight. After I used the steam room, I went in to the sauna and stayed there for 15 min. I went to the shower and noticed there was smoke/steam inside. I haven't turned the nozzle yet at that time. I looked at my right arm and it was emitting smoke/steam. Same with my left arm. Just thought it was cool...

one of the most unforgettable experiences ko yan..nung first tym ko after ko magsauna pagbukas ko ng shower biglang may umusok,natakot pa ko nun kala ko kung san galing yung usok,tiningnan ko yung mga ilaw baka may pumutok na switch o kung anuman..yun pla galing sa katawan ko..hahaha..at yun napansin ko na rin na pati ung ibang nagsashower umuusok din..hehe..

pero pansin ko mas maraming usok pag galing sa steam bath..
