heard a lot about wensha. but then, parang dubious kasi from the name...

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

If you wil go there because of the food, I will say forget it... di siya ganun kasarap though okay na rin, mabubusog ka na rin. Medyo marumi lang ang Wensha Timog and masikip. Wensha Pasay (Buendia-Roxas Blvd. - katabi ng pier one) mas maluwang and mas maganda ang puwesto ng kainan.
Citylifestyle (Tomas Morato) = Mas malaki compared to wensha timog (wala nga lang buffet---- hehehe)
You can also try The Spa in Libis = Php850.00

Wensha Pasay is better then Wensha Timog. The fee is Php680.00 with free buffet plus an unlimited shabu-shabu. There are cold and warm pool inside the wet area, also a dry and a wet sauna. They will provide you robes, towels and of course a locker.

Its an eat-all-you-can thing so you can go back till you drop.... lols.  About the wet area , You may want to stay there before and after the massage. Bahala ka na, though they have a 6 hours max. stay i.e. after the massage...
If you really want to realax avoid going there during weekends cause the place will be jampacked. Koreans, Iranians, Chinese, Old people will flock the place and even kids too... so if you have time during weekdays I would advise dun ka pumunta sa mga araw na yun.

i want to experience spa also. i never tried it, well except for foot spa. i hope i'll find time to visit a spa sometime. ok rin ba mga body massage sa malls? eg relaksasi?

Speaking of sauna, i tried it twice...

angelo

i'm also looking for a spa where you can spend time sleeping after the treatment. magpost naman kayo dito kung may alam kayo.  ;D

so what is the "proper" way.

eat first, then massage, then sauna? or ihuhuli yung pagkaen?

massage and eat only?

sauna and eat only?
