by the time na sinabihan ako niyan eh hindi pa nga. puro sayaw pa lang. pero now, well just look at my avy. ang yubungs  :P :P

I've been going to the gym for almost three weeks now, five times a week, alone.
I make it sure na I workout on noontime para konti or wala akong kasabay. Nakakadiscourage kasi pag nakikita mo yung iba na ang lalaki na ng muscles tas ikaw hindi mo pa ma-lift ng maayos yung 15lbs na dumbells mo. Nung sabado nga muntik na akong madisgrasya, buti nalang may tumulong sakin. Grabe sobrang nakakahiya. :'(

^it's okay. we all have beginnings you know? i remember i can't spot right my bench press, then there's this dude (now my gym mate) who helped me spot. and lol he's 17 and i'm 19. thanks, lil wayne. XD

Wala namang maganda na nakukuha ng madalian, di ba?

Gawin mo lang silang inspiration na makakasabayan mo rin sila!

Wala talagang maganda na nakukuha sa madalian. 1 month na ako next week sa workout na to, ang konti lang ng pagbabago. Sana hindi ako magsawa. Wala pa rin akong friend sa gym e, nakakalungkot.

yun rin problema ko..., sagana naman ako sa pagkain... and I still have to gain almost 10 lbs to attain a ormal weight

I want to go to the gym, kaso feeling ko sobrang exhausted ako sa work everyday, wala ata akong motivation eh  ;D

you would gain more weight working out and lifting weights than eating more and gaining fat on your waistline.
Lifting weight increases your Growth Hormone which in turn increases your Skeletal Muscle Mass.
