ung whey more in protein sya.. kung gusto mo ng weight gain mag mega mass ka.. alternative sa whey protein.. uminom ka ng puti ng itlog ung parang ginawa ni rocky balboa sa rocky 1

go to a gym for a while then stop....you will gain weight of course without taking any pills or supplements.....i've been one of them....now its hard to go back anymore......

nutrition + training + rest = better body!

kung asa tama nmn ung timing ng pag inom mo ng whey eh bka me something wrong with your training like you are not exerting enough.. or baka lagi kang walang pahinga.. restless..
