What inspires you to get a nice body?

1.  Health syempre and pati na rin good amount of endurance and strength para sa outdoor activties ko.
2. Aesthetics... pansinin nyo lahat ng damit are patterned sa lean and proportional body... hindi sa mataba at malaking katawan.
