Panerai 217 - tulad ng submariner, base model lang gusto so it will be closer to it fiddy PAM 217 brother. also, I always loved the pam destros and this is the wallet friendly one. Thing w/ 40mm and up watches, is the bigger the watch the more obtrusive the crown to the wrist... Tumatama ang winding knob aka crown sa wrist... Sa destro or lefty nasa kabilang side ang crown.

Ouch I have the two tone date hehe pero di naman super tingakad or kinang ng gold very subtle pa rin for my taste. Sadly, kahit entry level rolex, pam and br... Mahal pa rin talga.... Matagal na ipunan hehe though relatively cheaper kasi my gift wifey na rolex costs as much as the sub and br phanthom combined kaya in a way may go signal kaso hinyang ako sa pera and we have more important priorities

kung ako, my the one will be the sub. kahit saan pwede, great beater and would still pass as a dress watch.... beater = it can endure a highly active lifestyle, i don't think anyone would subject the same beating with their AP, patek and even pams... pam owners gripe kung nagkaka-chip and dents relo nila. with sub, bruises show character... kung OC, madaling i restore to it's original factory state na kasama na during its periodic maintenance... ganoon kasi sa namana kong date from my dad, about 20 years na walang maintenance at araw-araw na gamit...nung pina maintain ko, parang bago ulit naka-brushed steel treatment and polished surface.

because they sell their watches with higher price tag and I can't do anything about it kasi I really like the watch 

Don't want to justify it because of reliability, accuracy and fine swiss workmanship kasi to most it doesn't equate the price lalo na sa pam kahit ako it should be lower esp if you know something with it's history and builD. For rolex the price is about right. Pero dati mira nman rolex before the clamor to swiss watches.

Though some watches talga are expensive because of its mechanical complications like tourbullions na $100k up presyo and maintenance costs as much as $4k... Sa rolex sa pinas pinakamura ang servicing nasa P13k, dito sa US nasa $800... Kpresyo na ng,tag ko.
