Nagpacheck up ako sa derma and was given some acne lotion and soap. Prvents pimple effectively

sleep. hydrate. work out. eat healthy food. wash your face daily.

from a recommendation, nita-try ko ngayon ang witch hazel astringent. ayos naman.
