Buttered Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:
Butter
Garlic
Shrimp
Oyster Sauce
Orange Soda

Procedure:
1. Make babad the hipon to the soda for an hour.
2. Melt 1/4 stick butter in a pan.
3. Add minced garlic. Maraming maraming garlic.
4. Add in around 300mL orange soda. Do not let the garlic brown. Just enough to release the flavors. What I use here is the soda I used as shrimp marinade.
5. Simmer until liquid mixture is reduced. Clue: butter is clear and soda caramelized already.
6. Add in oyster sauce. Black pepper optional.
7. Add the shrimp. Do not overcook, else, shrimp will become hard and dry and it will be hard to remove the shell.

Serve hot and with atorvastatin. Enjoy!

Nagbebake ako dati kaso matagal na panahon na. Katulong lang ako ng nanay ko tsaka no misis. Tsaka kailangan dun accurate ang ingredients otherwise may effect sa texture ng tinapay/cake.
