Some people have faster metabolism than others kaya hindi sila madaling tumaba.


Any suggestions guys?

May kaibigan ako na sobrang bilis ng metabolism. Payat sya talaga pero kahit anong kain nya wala pa rin.  ;D

Pero nung isang araw after a few months gulat kami nung nakita namin syang medyo tumaba. Kain tulog daw ginawa nya... ayon, tumaba sya konti pero "payat" pa rin itsura nya.. nagkalaman lang.

yun lang ang mabisang pang weight gain, "buhay baboy" talaga which is damihan mo ang kain at mamayang onti syesta na. tapos yung mga sweets sa gabi mejo increase (pero dangerous din for diabetes) OR yung inaadvertise sa UAAP, yung appeton. ewan lang kung gaano ka-effective at yung price factor din

try siguro orasan yung pagkain...tsaka iwasan ang gf/asawa na sobrang sarap mag-alaga...sigurado tataba ka tlaga...haha

actually, nung naggym ako nag gain ako  ng weight. i remember, during my college days ang payat ko talaga. then nagdecide ako maggym during summer, lumaki yung katwan ko talaga. basta ang ginwa ko lng nun gym, then kaen ng mga fud na rich in protein. tapos after several weeks makikita mo na ung resulta. :)

Here's some basic information and things you should be doing to find out, how to gain weight fast:

1. To gain weight you must eat more calories than your body burns off, so EAT MORE! The most important thing is that you need to eat to gain weight. You need to eat like you've never eaten before. Start eating six meals per day (space them out to about once every 3 hours).

2. Increase your protein and your simple carbohydrate intake. Without protein and carbohydrates your body cannot build new muscle

3. Keep your workouts under one hour. Short and intense!

4. Concentrate on free weight exercises that work the large muscle groups. The best weight training exercises for building mass are the simple ones. Stick with free weight exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, barbell rows, pull ups and bar dips.

5. Use heavy weights and low reps, rest at least 3 minutes between each set.

6. Do only 2-3 exercises per body part.

7. Split your workout. You need to train with more intensity, but less frequently.

Day 1: Chest, shoulders and bicep
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Back, and tricep
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Legs and abs
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Rest

8. Increase you water intake. A good formula for this is to multiply your bodyweight by .66 to get the required number of ounces per day. You cannot drink to much water.

9. Use nutritional supplements. If you can't afford too many products, just stick with the basics; like whey protein. If you can't afford whey protein the next best thing is egg whites.

Leeo, pre.. penge naman ng libreng training program. nahihirapan kasi ako mag work out ng walang guide kung ano gagawin..  hehehehe

hi leeo bro....
i will tyr this tip of urs kasi im only 50klgs...since college ako until ngayun...super slim ako but may dating kasi matangkad din ako.....my metabolism is so fast....

Ouch. Tinamaan naman ako dun. Haha. im currently 55kgs. i hate gusto kahit mga 70-80 man lang. haha.
