Tamang gawin o kainin para mabawaan ng timbang at lalo na pampaliit ng tiyan?

Eat Fat to increase Testosterone Level in the body..
Eat a bit of carb to replenish Leptine levels in the body..
On weekends, eat more of carbohyrdrates to do some insulin spike and jamp packed the muscles with glycogen and nutrients...

Small frequent feedings.

Try mo chicken sandwich (wheat bread), or tuna sandwich, or something high protein, low fat, with complex carbs, then eat every 3 hours regardless of a normal meal time (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Nakakapabilis kase ito ng basal metabolic rate mo.

Core exercises

Focus on multi-muscle routines with high reps. Growing muscle also hastens basal metabolic rate.

Cardio

uhm, di ako gaano ka marunong nito, pero parang mas prioritize mo dapat ito sa pag gygym. Something like 3-5 times a week.

Also, avoid stress, smoking, and drinking beer. The former 2 stimulates cortisol to deposit fat around your belly. The latter stores malt on your belly. ΓΌ

Nakita nyo mga sumo wrestlers? once a day lang sila kumakain, kaya lang nga planggana ng pagkain sa hapunan. Gaining talaga ganitong diet. The more ka kakain sa araw (provided small portions lang talaga), mas napapabilis metabolism mo.

ahh ginagawa ko sa may abdominals couch sit ups. yung parang sasabit mo mga binti mo dun sa sandalan ng couch tapos saka ka magccrunches? sakin ayus naman na stress tas lumiit tas lumitaw onti kaso tambay kaya nananaba ulit

jogging lang sa umaga o kaya minsan sprint ang gnagawa ko buti na lang malapit memorial park samin kaya maluwang at fresh air
