thank you guys for participating my online survey,btw im a 3rd year nursing student po and believe it or not, the nature of this subject is english  , instead of throwing a lot of medical questions sa survey ko, i considered making it a lot simplier rather than making it so intellectual na ang result is di ko makukuha yung desired outcome which is by making people to participate
