It's better to eat fat rather than carbohydrates.. especially if you are an inactive individual..
carbs are the reason why you gain fat!
carb increase --> insulin spike --> muscle glycogen refill --> excess energy will be converted to body fat for future use.

may nabasa ako dati. the people in the study who slept 7 hours on average lived longer than those who slept 8 hours or more. yung 7 hours daw ang optimal.
