sa mga adik sa gym

ano yung sinasabi nila mga supplements?
eto ba yung "amino"?

pampalakas daw to ng pagbuhat accdg to them, totoo ba?> hehe


saka yung whey di ba pampataba or para mg gain ka ng weight?

alam ko tama mga sinabi mo abou't amino totoo un,sa whey dba  protein or whey protein dba need un ng muscle pra gumanda rin ung mga muscle.by the way gusto ko na uminom ng mga yan pro sav ng instructor ko bawal pa daw 18+ ang pwdng uminom nun,15 lng ako.
teka guys ok.lng ba 14 ako nagstart nag gym hnd ba masama un o masyado pa akong bata? ;D

I envy toperyo's berserking testosterone spurt!

basta pag nagkaron ka na ng kadug, it means pwede ka ng magworkout with the supplements. Siguro mga 17 or 18..

doc?hehe ahm...hnd pa nmn ako nag tatake ng mga un ayaw pa dn ng instructor ko,pro i asked him kung pwd na mag-work out @age of 14 oo nmn dw kac when i was grade 6 ang taba ko,tapos ngayong 3rd yr.lng ako nag gym ayun ganda ng result na mayat ako and gumanda katawan ko.
tsaka marami rin akong ka gym mate na ka age ko,hehe :)
ya b4 i sleep i drink milk and vit.c
tapos nakain dn ako ng meat and fish para may protein for good muscle. ;D

ayos lng mag gym. pero baka magkaproblema ka sa height dahil sa pagbubuhat ng mabigat. pero kung matangkad ka na sa age mo ayos lng yan.  wag ka muna iinom ng supplements kailangan dumaan kana ng puberty pag ok na. cguro mga 18 pwede ka na uminom ng mga supplements.

mejo nakaka-stun kase ng height ang pagwoworkout.. Pero matangkad na ang 5'7". Remember na 5'2" lang ata ang average height ng pinoy. Biruin mo ako nga eh naglalagay ng 500 lbs na weight sa leg press tpos binubuhat q yun.. Mahilo-hilo aq pagkatapos..

after 1 month
from 25 lbs chest
kaya ko na 40lbs

after 3 months

dapat ba nasa 70lbs n kaya ko buhatin?

pinakamabigat q sa bench press is 200 lbs. tig 100lbs per arm.
