anung ways meron para lumiit ang bewang?? kc at my age hindi proportion sa shoulder ko ung size ng bewang ko?? ot is there a way to make my shoulder broader??

in general lang masasagot ko sa iyo.
pampaliit ng bewang, wala talagang mga target exercise. cardio talaga yan.
alam mo naman kung ano ang healthy at unhealthy na pagkain. the key is that you should burn more than your intake.
kung masipag kang mag exercise, pero masipag ka rin kumain, medyo imbalanced.
on the contrary, hindi ako fitness expert. tanong mo ibang members diyan.

sa cardio kase eh mga nakaka 500+ calories burned ako for 45 minutes lang.. I hate cardio though.. it sucks..

u can also try ung stairmaster or ung parang threadmill din pero me hawakan sa kamay..
Caloric deficiency :) dahil mas malaking calories na expend mo.through exercise kesa kinain mo saka pa alang start to loose weight... ika nga nila abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym...
Sympre to help ou loose more weight... kelangan mo ng weight training at cardio on the side. Btw kung ok naman endurnce level mo at cardio/respiratory fitness... try HIIT high intensity interval training.... tipong sprint 30 sec sprint then 30sec walk or jog as long as stabilize heart rate mo. Gawin mo 15 min cycle with 3min warm up and cool down.. you'll burn more cal than endurance running at saglit lng.

but now ok.na dahil sa pagdiet ko at pag ggym ko tinulungan ako ng instructor ko,
