Seek help from others.
4. Rest & relax, it's a powerful tool to fight stress.
Get pampered with a good massage.
It balances your mood and it is also good for your skin.
It gets the blood circulating throughout the whole body.
5. Sleep is important. It will make you feel better,
happier and more confident to face the challenges of the day ahead.
The hours spend sleeping replenish the body's supply of neurotransmitters,
the hormones that help produce a positive mood.
6. Fuel your body with nutritious food.
Eat the right kind of food and maintain a balanced diet.
7.Listen to music,practice gardening,
watch a movie or do anything that helps you forget your worries.

Actually stress is something that most of us have experienced. Stress can lead to serious illnesses. For a child it can be due to studies and for an adult it can be caused from financial and workplace issues. Everyone should learn to manage stress. Un-managed stress can lead to various physical and mental disorders.
When I feel like stress, I normally try to guess the reason. Then I can figure out what should be done to get away from the situation. I normally listen to music; chat with my friends, go for a swim, to reduce stress.
It is proved that activities like yoga and meditation are great stress reducing methods.
what about if the stress source is work and it has been eating up your time for any leisure activity?
weekends become shorter and shorter. darn it. can no longer do those recreational activities.
sayang nga raw magpamasahe kasi next day stress ulit... kahit na ba stressed = desserts, parang hindi pa rin..

aq, i look at pictures sa ipod q.. tpos reminesce those moments.. i only look at those positive memory infused pictures..

basta may neditation malaki talagang tulong... time alone just to listen
tama, agree ako sa meditation. makakatulong din if you try to take a time off and do something else kahit saglit lang. and importantly, pray. :-)
