well the government is getting help from the private sector to develop a system that will filter adult contents on phones, public Wi-Fi networks, and home computers.

there are many ways to circumvent that anyway and many will find that trick. as a bank says 'we find ways'. and once passed and implemented then well be seeing more of the rise of vpn services in ph, good for the IT and business sector.
though im quite puzzled kung ano ba talaga yung i block nila, child porn or online porn as a whole. sa pagkakabasa ko nang news sa rappler child porn, pero sabi naman sa ibang news online porn. child porn should be blocked. no question about that, though porn as a whole, seems many countries are still struggling on that issue.

I doubt child porn websites exist.
pero blocking those sites, hindi ba parang isyu din yan with regards to freedom of speech? i mean ang PH, like US, is part of those countries na walang site restrictions unlike China and Armenia na somehow blocked. Though in the long run mas makakabuti nga na iblock ang porn sites, pero suslpot at susulpot yang mga yan.

ang porn ay naging maimpluwqensya na sa modernong sex, dapat pagaralan ang ganitong mga gawain. hindi basta bastang tatangalin.
