In a more specialized high class clinic they said that after puberty it is german cut by default, dorsal slit kung nirequest..

Ako nga nung 18 years old ako, binigyan ng Dorsal Slit. May explanation ba na binigay kung bakit di na pwede Dorsal for young adults?

Eh kasi developed na yung foreskin and di na pwedeng lumiit..so yun na ang style nila for Young Adults..
Ang sabi sa akin ng doktor na malapit sa amin once na developed na yung penis may tatanggalin talagang skin..pag tinuli at that point..

Ipa-reconstruct mo na rin yung foreskin from a surgeon, aside from restoration..i know pwede yun dahil meron mga sungaw..

Yep, skin was removed in my circumcision but I did not like the adhesions.
Please inform me if you happen to know a doctor know performs dorsal slit reversal, would like to have it instead of time-consuming manual restoration
