Filipinos as fashion trendsetter?

That Italian doesn't know much about Philippine History and Asian trends
Japan has copied a lot from the West and so is Singapore,they dressed in Western Fashion
The Barong Tagalog is very Filipino and has been copied by neighboring SouthEast Asian Countries
and even the National Costumes of most South American Countries were patterned from the Barong
The traditional Salakot was also copied by the British when they colonized India!

^uhm.. you maybe right... in fact we have a lot of Pinoy Fashion Designers na well known abroad..

i just don't know why manila or our country does not belong to the so called "fashion cities" or Cosmo World like Paris, Tokyo, Milan, New York, London. Rome...

good thing meron na tayong fashion week.. kahit papano medyo napro-promote ang sa atin..
