Wala naman talaga sa lahi yan o kung mataba ka. Nasa pag me-maintain ng proper hygiene yan.

Kung pawisin ka, dalasan magpalit ng damit, at maligo araw araw. Kung mainit ang panahon like summer, magsuot nalang ng medyo manipis na damit specially ung mga gawa sa cotton because it allows better air circulation lalo na kung ma-pimples ka sa katawan and importantly, presko.

If you're worried about having a "bad breath" naman, hindi enough magtoothbrush ng kahit 3 times a day, need mo rin mag floss - para malinis talaga.

Kung armpit naman, sanayin mo na mag deodorant.

Kung foot odor naman, mag foot powder!  ;D
