Apple cider vinegar will kill of the fungus and help restore the proper acid/alkaline balance of the scalp. It will also add a great shine to your hair.

To use the apple cider vinegar dandruff cure properly, try following the recipe below:

Wash your hair with a mild, pH-balanced shampoo. You don't need to use a dandruff shampoo because the apple cider vinegar will gradually get rid of the dandruff problem.
Mix together two parts apple cider vinegar and one part warm water. Adding a few drops of essential oils such as lavender or rosemary will help to cleanse the scalp further and add a fragrance to your hair. (Always remember to patch test oils for allergies, and always consult your doctor if you are pregnant).
Pour the mixture directly over clean hair or put it in a bottle and spray onto your scalp. Massage it in and let the mixture dry on your hair. No need to rinse it out (unless the smell bothers you).
For more stubborn dandruff, try a stronger mixture, such as a one-to-one ratio of vinegar to water. You could even try using the vinegar undiluted and applying it directly to the scalp. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and then wash the cider out with a mild, pH-balanced shampoo.

You'll get the best results if you use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to treat your dandruff. Lemon juice may also be used instead of apple cider vinegar.

It is the acid in these remedies that helps bring the scalp back into chemical balance.

So, the apple cider vinegar dandruff cure is a great little home remedy to get rid of dandruff, and it's easier on your skin than many off-the-shelf shampoos.

naku. close to being un-treatable na ang dandruff.

you can get remedies though to keep the scalp not dry and scaly.
no regular shampoo will work for you. should start using medicated shampoos but they cost more.

Around 2-3 times a week ang paggamit.

dandruff is called seborrheic dermatitis, or if mild is called ptyriasis sicca. both have multifactorial etiologies. one is that it is genetic. another is that stress can be a causative factor. another is that cosmetic products may aggravate the condition. so it's really multifactorial.
