What are your strengths and weaknessesssssss?

I agree, ito yung pinaka mahirap sagutin, especially kung fresh grad ka.

Usually kasi ang workmates mo ang makakapagsabi sayo nito, pero kung freshgrad ka nga, wala kang basehan, maliban nlng sa performance feedback ng teachers mo sayo nung college, that is kung meron silang ganun.
else, masasagot mo yan kung malakas talaga ang loob mo at kaya mong panindigan mga sasabihin mo.

pero hindi lang din nman dun tumitingin ang HR's eh, mas malaki pa yung impact kung panu ka makipag usap sa kanila, and kung sa BPO industry ka papasok, kung tama pa yung diction and grammar mo, regardless kung anung skills meron ka.

majority of the success in job interviews, i can say na nadadaan lang sa tamang benta ng sarili sa kumpanya.

But isn't that the whole point of interviews? How to sell yourself? And why the company should hire you?

i should say depende eh, may companies kasi na willing idisregard ang comm skills, as long as you have the technical knowledge they need... and point is, pde ka nman nila itrain.

kaya nga naniniwala ako sa swertihan e, at mas may edge ka tlga kung experienced ka na and magaaply ka sa iba...

I think it's more of internal deliverables nila. If it's nearing the deadline for Recruitment's quota, eh di pasado na pag pumasa sa exam.

Why did you resign from your previous job? E 3 ung previous companies ko haha. Kaya bawal na magresign mahirap na.

uuyyy...salamat. every time na tinatanong ako during interview kung ano work ng parents at mga kapatid ko. yan kasi isa sa mga factor na nahihirapan ako mkahanap ng work.
