The Bad Guys are the aggressive ones who always the girls first while the nice guys aren't that engaging.

It's like the theory of evolution right? The "bad" guys are the "fit" ones and therefore tend to survive and have more offspring. Their offspring inherit from them, and as a consequence, more "bad" guys.
