bakit ganun? kain ako ng kain di naman ako tumataba?
meron bang ways para mag gain ng weight except for gym?

kase ung kinakain mo is not enough for your body to increase size. maintenance lng un.. wag mo kaseng ibase sa ibang tao ung dami ng kinakain mo..

hmm, ganito.. damihan mo pa ang kinakain mo.. eat 5-6 times a day. actually ito ung gngwa q.. else, drink megamass or serious mass. ewan q n lng kung payat k p dn.. sbyan mo p ng workout.

ganyan din ako dati vijay pero nagstart ako mag-gym dapat tuloy tuloy. Tapos bigla mong itigil lets say after 3 months mong workout sa gym. Lolobo ka naman ng husto

Di ko naman hinihiling na maging super buff. gusto ko lang tlaga magkalaman. nakakainsecure kasi ung ibang guys sa school especially pag wash days kasi lahat na lang sila malalaman at magaganda katawan. ako na lang ata may ganitong katawan. haha
di naman po ako ganun kapayat pero i can say na it doesn't look nice talaga lalo na sa tulad kong mahilig manamit :)
gym? hmmm san ba mura pero aircon at may trainor at kasama na ung iniinom?haha

hmm, try mong mghnp sa inyo ng local gym lng.. dun m22lungan k ng maige. pero dude, kailagan mong magbudget for this..


tpos sa diet mo eh add 500 calories more sa food mo. eat food na calorie-dense. ung siksik sa calories kht na small amounts pa..

kahit hindi ka na mag exercise kung gusto mo yung simple weight gain. ang key dito planado ang pagkain mo just like in the diets to lose weight. there are certain foods that you need to take in para magkalaman ka at shempre tamang dosage. kapag normal intake kasi at given na mabilis metabolism mo, wala ka talaga makikitang changes in your body.

marami nga sa google though ask mo rin sila doc Kilo kung ano yung mga "safe" and reliable websites on this topic.

I read from the internet na banana and milk every morning as your breakfast would let you gain wait.  ginwa ko ito and sabi nung nakakapansin na iba na bkit lumulobo daw ako. so i guess, it is working. tipid pa.

tol parehas tayo ng problem, kain din ako ng kain..

nag colon cleanse pa nga ako pero ganun pa din maintaining the 100lbs of weight..

even if i eat less or more.

Eat more red meat like pork and beef for your protein. O Kya Kung tlgng mhrap eh magbuffet k everyday.

add ka ng around 500 -750 kcal which is rougly another meal.   Go do resistance exercise so you gain more muscle.
Go for pushups, squats, lifts.

Enjoy mo na yung youth mo dyan ka lang papayat.
supposed to be pag adolescent stage ka mas maraming muscle ka nagagain.
pag abot mo na ng around 25 dun maggagain ka ng fat due to stress from work


wala akong time para magexercise. everyday kasi akong umaalis :\

imba ang everyday buffet. haha di kaya ng student budget :D
