tanong ko lang bawal ba ito sa may sun exposure? sun block ba ito na nakakaputi?
nakalimutan ko kasi kunin yung Rx.

Ilagay mo sa highly pigmented areas (aka dark spots)  and avoid exposure sa sunlight kasi free radical ang hydroquinone at baka maincrease pa yung skin damage.

their ass is on the line if their interns or nurses make a mistake and they have to please the consultants. And not all consultants think the same.

Hinde totoo, masyadong maganda yung normal tissue, maganda yung peripheral parts ng "damaged tissue" despite na may nakikita na akong ulcers and pus like areas.

I've seen plenty of diabetic foots and they look like... dried preserved feet, blackened, or maraming pus.
Interesting part is, walang mararamdaman yung diabetic patient na patay na pala paa nila.

Recently.. me nppncn aqng mga rashes-like sa chest at shoulder  trapz q.. Nung una eh dq muna pnpancn.. Pero until 1 day eh nagiging obvious na cla na nppncn n dn ng ibngtao. Hinde xa makate at hinde din xa naka-elevate sa skin level.. Para xang freckles pero kulay pula. Nakakalat xa sa chest at lower abdomen at sa shoulder trapz ko..

I'm not sure kung dahil iyon sa paliligo q ng hot shower.. Kase lalo silang namumula when I took hot shower... Or dahil sa kumakain ako ng masmadame para lumake.. Pero I dunnno

I'm not sure if it is bursted blood vessels due to straining.. Or sweat dermatitis/heat rash from working out..

my neck strain keeps on bothering me pero di na ganun kadalas... basta pag nag computer ako nangangawit kaya hirap ako minsan magedit... pag nakatayo wala naman...tsk tsk2 months na to ....kailangan na siguro hanapan ng time for check up
